1. Services

Movely S.L., operating as 2anywhere, provides immigration consultancy and relocation support services including, but not limited to: visa case preparation, submission via licensed immigration lawyers, appointment scheduling, document guidance, and housing assistance.

Services are delivered on a per-case basis as agreed in a written service agreement signed before commencement of work. Nothing in our marketing materials constitutes a binding offer until a service agreement has been executed.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to engage our services. By submitting an enquiry or signing a service agreement, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Fees & Payment

Service fees are as specified in your signed agreement. A 50% deposit is required to initiate work. The remaining balance is due upon submission of your application. Government, state, and third-party fees are charged separately at cost and are non-refundable once disbursed.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete documentation and information.
• Respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner.
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your personal, financial, or legal circumstances that may affect your application.

We are not liable for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval, residency grant, or any specific outcome. Our obligation is to prepare and submit the strongest possible application based on the information provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 2anywhere.net — including text, design, and materials — is the property of Movely S.L. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with parties directly involved in delivering your service: licensed immigration lawyers, certified translators, and official government authorities. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 5 years after the conclusion of your case, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Your Rights

6. Security

1. Deposit (50%)

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once case preparation has commenced. If you cancel before any work has begun (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

2. Visa Refusal

If your visa or residency application is refused:

• Due to an error on our part (incorrect documentation, missed deadlines attributable to us): we will refund our service fee in full.
• Due to authority discretion (quota limitations, policy changes, sovereign decisions): no refund is issued. We will, however, advise on reapplication options at no additional consultation fee.
• Due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client: no refund is issued.

3. Government & Third-Party Fees

All government fees, state charges, notary fees, translation costs, and similar third-party disbursements are non-refundable once paid. These are invoiced at cost and are outside our control.

4. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your case after submission has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already completed. Any unused portion of the service fee, as assessed by us, may be refunded at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@2anywhere.net with your case reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
